DELIVERY and RETURNS

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

• Courier shipments: delivery up to 24h - courier DPD, InPost, Pocztex - package up to 30,0kg.

Shipment after prepayment 24,00 zł*.

Shippment – cash on delivery 29,00 zł*.

• Parcel lockers InPost 24/7  package max dimensions: 41x38x64 cm.

Shipment after prepayment  16,00 zł. 
Shippment – cash on delivery  21,00 zł. 
This option is available for orders with smaller package dimensions.

Free shipping costs are available with the orders worth over 1 000,00PLN*.  To get free shipping costs you need to purchase in our store products from the offer, and their total value should exceed PLN 1 000,00PLN*. This option is available only for domestic shipping.

The goods (package up to 30,0kg) are delivered by a courier company, in business days till 18:00. Pallet shipping, and bigger are delivered  by transport company, in business days till 16:00. Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. In this e-mail you will find tracking number, which provides the capability to identify and trace a shipment as it moves to its destination. To check the parcel shipment status you have to go to the website of the shipper enter the tracking numer. To ensure the high quality of this service, we offer package monitoring from the moment when the goods are sent until giving you the information about the delivery on the next day.

We guarantee 14 days return. Please, notify us via e-mailbefore shipping the returned goods.

We issue a receipt for each purchase, and an invoice at the customer's request.Wszystkie nasz produkty są nowe.

Personal pickup: pre-payment to the account, via ‘Przelewy24’ or  cash on pickup.

Pick-up address: Huta Komorowska 128, 26-110 Majdan Królewski. There is also capability of picking the products by sel-ordered courier. When the order will be ready for pick-up, you will receive a notification when the parcel is ready for collection. Order collection is possible from monday to friday (working days) from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
