PARTIES

The party making purchases in the Pureventfilters.eu Internet Store, hereinafter referred to as the Purchaser is an adult natural person or a legal person.

The party selling the products included in the Pureventfilters.eu Internet Store's offer is the owner of the Store, SAWEK Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Komorów 164, 36-110 Majdan Królewski, identified with Tax Identification Number NIP 8141685151 Regon 360665077

OBJECTS OF TRANSACTIONS

The objects of transactions carried out by the parties in the Internet are the products listed in the offer, presented on the website of the online store Pureventfilters.eu, at the time of order.

Prices of all products offered by the store are expressed in Polish zloty and are gross prices, including VAT.

VAT on products offered in our store is 23%.

All products offered by the store are brand new and come with a full manufacturer's warranty.

ORDERING

Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, all year round. Orders placed on weekdays after 4 pm, on Saturdays and Sundays and holidays will be processed from 8 am the next working day.

Each order is confirmed by sending an email.

If confirmation cannot be obtained within 5 business days, the order will be cancelled.

The product price does not include the delivery costs of the order.

MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

Due to the nature of the products offered, which are manufactured or made to individual customer requirements, the right to cancel an order is only possible until the order goes through to completion. The customer has the right to change the data on the invoice until the moment of issuing the sales invoice.

To do this, please send an email to: kontakt@pureventfilters.eu and provide the data that will be changed. Once these are confirmed, the customer can make the change.

EXECUTION OF ORDERS

Each order placed in the Pureventfilters.eu Online Store must be confirmed by the Buyer.

Within 4 working days of placing an order, a store employee will contact you by e-mail to confirm the order and agree further details of the transaction.

In case the order cannot be confirmed due to the buyer's fault (wrong phone number), the order shall be cancelled within 5 working days and any personal data contained therein shall be deleted from the shop's database.

Placing an order by the Purchaser is equivalent to authorization of Pureventfilters.eu online shop to issue an invoice without the necessity to obtain the Purchaser's signature.

At the time of confirmation of acceptance of the order comes to the conclusion of the contract of sale of goods between the buyer and online store Pureventfilters.eu.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

There are several ways to pay for the ordered products.

Cash on delivery, otherwise "Cash on delivery";

By bank transfer before delivery of the goods. As soon as the amount due is credited to the company's account, the goods are sent together with a VAT invoice.

DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

Deliveries of products ordered in Pureventfilters.eu online shop are carried out on the territory of all European Union countries. In case of deliveries outside the European Union, the company reserves the right to consider the order individually.

The standard lead time does not exceed 14 working days. Each order is treated individually in terms of the nature and quantity of the goods ordered, so the order lead time is determined individually and consulted with the customer.

The cost of delivery on the territory of the Republic of Poland is determined by the price list of the courier company delivering the goods.

The cost of delivery outside the Republic of Poland depends on the value of the order. In case of orders below the amount of 2000,00 PLN delivery costs shall be borne by the Customer and are specified by the price list of the courier company delivering the goods. By default, goods are shipped via DPD courier service. If you want to receive the goods through another courier company, it is required to contact the administration of the store in advance to determine the terms of delivery.

In the case of an order whose value exceeds PLN 2000.00 delivery costs on Polish territory are borne by the seller, in this case Pureventfilters.eu.

Receipt of delivery from the courier company must be confirmed by a written receipt. As of the date of the receipt, ownership of the goods and all risks related to their possession and use, in particular the risk of loss or damage, shall pass to the Purchaser.

By placing an order you consent to the storage and processing by the company of personal data contained in the order in accordance with applicable regulations of the Act on Personal Data Protection, Journal of Laws No. 133 item 883.

When receiving the goods, the Purchaser is obliged to check whether the consignment has not been damaged during transport. In order to consider any claim, a "Record of Claim" must be drawn up in the presence of an employee of the forwarding company.

WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONCLUDED CONTRACT

In accordance with the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws 2014 pos 827)The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receipt of the shipment by making a statement of withdrawal. You can withdraw from the contract by sending a statement of withdrawal by mail or e-mail to kontakt@pureventfilters.eu. The customer is responsible for reducing the value of the purchased goods if he uses it beyond the necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the thing.

The Customer is not entitled to withdraw from the contract in the case of

- when the subject of the contract is a non-refabricated item produced to the consumer's specification or serving to satisfy his individual needs;

- when the subject of the contract is a thing delivered in a sealed package that cannot be returned after opening the package due to health protection or hygienic reasons, if the package has been opened after delivery;

- when the subject-matter of the contract are things which, by their nature, are inseparable from other things after delivery.

Together with the returned goods the Customer is obliged to send back the invoice as well as information about the method of refund (e.g. transfer to an account, postal order, exchange of goods for another one).

The customer sends back the returned goods at his own expense. We do not accept "cash on delivery" shipments.

COMPLAINTS AND GUARANTEES

All goods purchased in Pureventfilters.eu Online Store are brand new and covered by the full manufacturer's warranty on a par with other forms of sales.

The warranty does not cover all kinds of accidental or intentional mechanical damage (tears, cuts, etc.), as well as damage caused by careless and improper use.

Upon receipt of goods, the Purchaser is obliged to check the shipment.

That is why you should always check whether the packaging has not been damaged in transit before collecting the parcel from the post office or from the courier. In particular, pay attention to the condition of the tapes or seals affixed to the parcel. In case when the packaging of the package bears the signs of damage or when the seals (tapes) are broken do not accept the package and in the presence of the courier draw up a damage protocol and contact the seller as soon as possible to clarify the matter. Checking the shipment upon receipt is a prerequisite for taking into account any possible claims of the Customer for damage or robbery to the shipment during transport. The basis for the complaint is the discovery of damage in the presence of persons delivering the consignment.

If the merchandise you receive has a technical defect, please contact kontakt@pureventfilters.eu immediately. Please also send us a written complaint notification, which should include the date of the complaint, a detailed description of the complaint and the return address with the company name, name and surname and telephone number of the person authorised to represent the company.

Complaints relating to mechanical damage of the consignment, which occurred during transport, will be considered only in the case of writing in the presence of a representative of the shipping company complaint protocol, at the time of receipt of the consignment.

Complained goods sent to us cannot be used and should be clean. Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse to accept the complaint.

The basis for the acceptance of the complaint is the proof of purchase or proof of delivery of the goods.

The complaint will be processed and returned within 14 days from the date of delivery of the damaged goods to the company's headquarters.

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

By placing an order, you agree for Pureventfilters.eu online shop to store and process your personal data included in the order in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Act of August 29, 1997 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883), which guarantees the right to inspect your own data, correct it and delete it.

Personal information that you provide during the purchase are obtained exclusively in connection with the operation of the Internet Shop Pureventfilters.eu.

Our company does not use this data for any other purposes. Under no circumstances do we share or sell this information to third parties. Customers have the right to inspect their data, correct them and request to stop using them.

FINAL PROVISIONS

The content of the Pureventfilters.eu Internet Shop does not constitute a commercial offer within the meaning of Article 543 of the Civil Code (it only plays the role of commercial information), and therefore placing an order by the customer does not mean the immediate conclusion of the contract. When placing an order, the customer makes an offer to buy the ordered items, in accordance with the information about them that can be found on the shop's website at the time of ordering. In matters not covered by these terms and conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code and the laws on the protection of consumer rights and personal data protection shall apply.
